“ Ein wirklich tolles Lokal, schöne große Theke mittig im Raum, ringsherum die Tische zum sitzen, sodass das Personal ohne Schwierigkeiten immer aufmerksam sein kann. Gerade am Wochenende sollte man vorher einen Tisch reservieren, sonst kann man auch schon mal Wartezeit an der Theke einplanen. Aber auch da werden Fred und sein Team für eine gute Zeit sorgen. Zum Essen brauche ich wohl nicht mehr sagen als: Fred ist Metzgermeister. Wirklich leckere Gerichte, gekocht, geschmort und gebraten mit viel Liebe und nach alter, fast verlorener, Tradition. Ein sympathischer Wirt, absolut ein Gastgeber wie man es sich wünscht. Fazit, das war der erste, aber garantiert nicht der letzte Abend bei Fred und seinem tollen Team! PS: Leckereien wie die Schweinebäckchen mit Kartoffelstampf und Rosenkohl (Foto) gibt es nur auf Vorbestellung. Dafür einfach vor Ort auf der Tafel im Gastraum schauen, was in der nächsten Woche leckeres auf dem Menü steht. ”
